How Sound Healing helps

Deep sleep is essential for optimal health and well-being.  During this phase, the body repairs and rejuvenates itself, helping to strengthen the immune system and improve cognitive function.  Not getting enough sleep can result in a plethora of negative effects, including a weakened immune system, difficulty concentrating, and increased risk of chronic illness.  Let Sound Healing help you get the deep sleep you need to feel your best.

There are five types of brain wave frequencies.

Gamma, Beta , Alpha, Theta and Delta. As shown in picture Delta brain wave frequencies are deep sleep frequencies.  From Yogic perspective, there are 4 states of experiencing consciousness.  Jagruta (awakned state), Swapna (sleep state),  Sushupti    ( deep state of awareness),  Turiyam ( Blissfull state or samadhi).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sound Healing helps you to move inwards to a Sushupti awasta, to a deep state of sleep where you brain wave frequencies are in a Delta state.  At this state any sleep related imbalances can be balanced naturally.  Sound Healing takes a person naturally to a deep meditative state even without prior meditation experience.  It is 100% safe, non invasive, fast and effective method towards healing and well being.

I use the tibetian singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks as healing instruments for deep sleep.  The intensity, focus and depth of sound from these instruments are customized as per individual receptive levels. You can listen to sample audio clips in main menu > Healing instruments.

How should I prepare for Deep Sleep Program?


I recommend to attend sound sessions without any metals/ plastics/ keys/ magnetic cards/ monetary coins on your body. The preferred dress is breathable white colored or any light colored cotton dress without any tight fittings. Participants are supposed to bring their own yoga mats or blankets/ bed-sheets to lay down on floor depending on the day's temperature and individual comfort levels. 

 

Please avoid alcohol, smoking and non-vegetarian food during the planned number of days for Deep Sleep Program as tamasic intakes or habits poisons your energy body manipulating desired results from program.

 

Have light, warm, freshly cooked vegetarian food and drink plenty of warm water.

People with the following contraindications should avoid sound session:

1. Recently operated, not earlier than 3 months.

2. People with Metal implants/ Electro Magnetic monitoring devices on the body.

3. Pregnant women during the first 3 months.

4. Participants with other complications are recommended to consult before enrolling for sound session.
